Can AI Find You?
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews answer questions your customers used to type into a search box. This checks whether they can read your site at all — and tells you exactly what to fix.
This measures whether AI engines can read and understand your site. No tool can tell you whether ChatGPT currently mentions you — nobody has access to that index.
Questions
Does this tell me if ChatGPT mentions my business?
No, and be wary of any tool that says it does. Nobody has access to what a model will say about you. This checks the things that decide whether an engine can read and understand your site at all — which is the part you control.
What does it actually check?
Four things. Whether the AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, CCBot) are allowed in your robots.txt. Whether your structured data identifies the business. Whether your content exists in the HTML rather than only after JavaScript runs. And whether the machine-readable extras — llms.txt, sitemap, Open Graph tags — are there.
Why would my site be blocking these crawlers?
Usually nobody chose to. A security plugin, a CDN setting or a robots.txt copied from somewhere else will often block AI crawlers by default. It is one of the most common findings here, and one of the easiest to fix.
What is llms.txt?
A plain-text file at the root of your site that describes your business, services and contact details for AI assistants. It is an emerging convention rather than a standard, and it is the one place where you choose the exact wording a model reads.
Is it really free?
Yes, and there is no signup. If you want someone to interpret the results or do the work, that is what we sell — but the check itself costs nothing.
Built by Code Darbar, a development, marketing and AI agency in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We also do this work properly — generative engine optimisation and a free human audit if you would rather someone explained the results.
Want us to fix what this found?
We do the work behind the score — schema, crawler access, llms.txt and content that answer engines can actually quote.
